First, a "Head's Up": The apple crop is early this year, by about two weeks, so plan accordingly! We are already picking mid-season varieties, and late season varieties will probably start in Septemebr rather than October this year. Please check back often for updates.
For Pick-Your-Own, we have Macoun, Spartan, Liberty, Redcort, McIntosh, Rhode Island Greening, and Honeygold apples , and some other varieties, such as Gravenstein, Mollie's Delicious,Paula Red, Harcross, and Williams Pride available already picked at the stand, along with Asian, Bartlett and Red Bartlett pears. Most apples are $1.25/lb this season (Macoun are $1.50/lb.), and pears are all $1.50/lb. as the pear crop was small this year. Our famous apple cider donuts are made fresh each morning-come early, or call to reserve some if you can't get to the farm until later in the day. We never know when there will be a run on the donuts so sometimes we sell out by early afternoon. We are also pressing our fresh, unpasteurized cider a couple times each week.
